Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

This page explains how the Neve Events service (events.neve-studio.xyz and the Telegram bot @NeveManagerBot) processes personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended).

1. Who is responsible (Data Controller)

The data controller is Neve Studio. For any privacy request you can contact us at [email protected].

[To confirm: registered legal name, address, and VAT/registration number of the controlling entity.]

2. What this service does

Neve Events is a shared community calendar. People send event details — as text, a link, or a photo of a flyer — to our Telegram bot. An AI model extracts the event details and an entry is created on a public Google Calendar, which is displayed on this website.

3. What personal data we process, and why

ContextDataPurposeLegal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Website visitors Technical data automatically logged by our hosting/CDN providers (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and a functional theme preference stored in your browser. Serving the site securely and remembering your light/dark preference. Legitimate interest (6(1)(f)) — security and basic functionality.
People who message the bot The content you send (text/links/images) and the Telegram-level identifiers Telegram attaches to your message. To extract event details and create a calendar entry. Legitimate interest (6(1)(f)) in operating a community calendar.
People named in events / flyers Names, roles, social handles, and images of speakers, performers, organisers that appear in submitted flyers or text. Publishing public event information of community interest. Legitimate interest (6(1)(f)); for images, also typically already published publicly by the event organiser.

We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking of any kind, and we do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies and contains no analytics or advertising trackers. The only data stored in your browser is a single localStorage value (theme) that remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. This is strictly necessary for the feature you requested and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Because we use no non-essential cookies or trackers, no cookie-consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive; you may clear this preference at any time via your browser settings.
